Caroline Fitzsousa is a hospitality professional and event specialist with over a decade of experience in New Orleans, LA, New Haven, CT, and Baltimore, MD. She has contributed to cocktail programs for several popular New Orleans bars and restaurants and has been recruited to help open multiple venues including concert venues and breweries. She has been a Talent Hospitality Team Lead for New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival since 2015, combining her enthusiasm for hospitality with her passion for live music. In her spare time she enjoys photography, thrifting, hiking, and road trips.
